The Console Canyon of Formiga is the little sister of the console Obscure Canyon of Blacès: it was carved from the same piece of wood and has the same design.
Paying tribute to the region of the sierra gorges in northern Spain, the Formiga canyon console, has a fine and elongated form of glazing, with a small curve.
The novelty of this table is the appearance of a small “bridge” in the middle of the canyon. Small reinforcement that gives a more modern look while remaining sober and natural.
One can also notice the work done with the transparent resin in order to clog the knot in an elegant way, the crystalline aspect of the resin combined with the mat of the varnish makes it possible to recall the rocky coast of the of the north of Spain.
